Jessica obtained her real estate license in February of 2018 and joined Iris Inc Realty. She has a passion for real estate and enjoys working closely with buyers and sellers. Jessica resides in Arnoldsville, Ga with her husband Blake, son Nolan and Weimaraners named “Blue” and “Ash”. She is a two-time grad from Piedmont College where she most recently completed her Master of Business Administration degree in 2016. She is a member of Salem Baptist Church in Lexington, GA.
Iris Walker
Iris specializes in selling land, farms, and residential properties. She also received her specialist in Real Estate Owned, Foreclosure and HUD Properties. Iris grew up on a cattle and turkey farm in Oglethorpe County where she gained a great appreciation and love for land and farms. Iris is married to Barry Walker and they have three children and six grandchildren. When she is not selling real estate, she loves spending time with her grandchildren. She is a member of Salem Baptist Church in Lexington, GA where she has taught Sunday School and is a member of the church choir.
Blake Arnold
Blake is married and lives in Arnoldsville, Ga with his wife Jessica, son Nolan and Weimaraners named “Blue” and “Ash”. Blake is an Oglethorpe County native who loves the great outdoors. Growing up hunting and fishing developed his passion for nature. He hopes to use his knowledge to assist clients in buying and selling land. Blake recently obtained a salesperson license in real estate in May of 2019.

Baker is a 2010 graduate of Oglethorpe County High School, married to the girl of his dreams, Mary Ashley Baker. They have two kids, Doc and Juniper; Three Great Pyrenees: Dolly, Roger, and King George. And a 3-legged cat, Kiri. Baker and his family are active members of Athens Church, where they have faithfully served for over a decade.

Brandon is a 1994 graduate of Oglethorpe County High School and currently lives in Sandy Cross with his wife Jessica and their dogs. Brandon was a 25-year employee of Nakanishi Manufacturing in Winterville. Now, in addition to real estate, Brandon is a fishing guide on Lake Russell and Clarks Hill. Brandon is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time in the woods and on the water. Brandon also loves the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and the Green Bay Packers.

Jared grew up in Colquitt County Georgia. He received an Associates Degree in agribusiness from ABAC before moving to Athens to attend UGA, where he received a Bachelor’s in Wildlife Biology and a Masters in Forest Business. While at UGA, he had the opportunity to gain experience in managing hunting land, farms, and plantations. He now lives in Commerce, GA with his wife Jolie and their dog, Jake. His passion for land management spiked his interest in real estate, leading him to seek his license in 2022. He is a conservationist and is excited to utilize his knowledge of forestry and agriculture to help clients in buying and selling land. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors hunting and fishing with friends and family.

Jake is a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia. He has been working in the veterinary science field for over a decade. He currently holds a position working for the Athens Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory and the University of Georgia Pathology Department as a histotechnologist. Jake grew up in Vidalia and loves sweet onions. He is an avid animal lover and he and his wife Julianne have three cats and a dog. Jake loves golf, UGA athletics, Braves baseball, and Formula One Racing.

After high school, she went to the University of Georgia where she was on the dance team and graduated with her BS in Health and Physical Education in 2017. She then received her Masters in Physical Education from Georgia State College in 2021. She has since worked in school systems, most recently at Oglethorpe County High School. Kate obtained her real estate license in December of 2022 and joined Iris Inc Realty. She resides in Arnoldsville, Ga with her two dogs "Champ" and "Ace". In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, being physically active, and spending time with family.

Jake is a 2005 graduate from Oglethorpe County High School and received his BSA in Agribusiness from UGA in 2009. He is currently serving as the District 4 representative for the Oglethorpe County Board of Education. He has 15 years of experience with his family business Willcox Fencing, the owner of Willcox Auctions, and operations assistant and auctioneer at Northeast Georgia Livestock in Athens, Ga. He is a 3rd generation cattle farmer with his parents Hugh and Stephanie Willcox. He is married to his wife Lauren and they have a daughter Riley and twins boys, Tate and Grant. They are members at Salem Baptist Church.
